Odată cu schimbările climatice din ce în ce mai vizibile, seceta din Găgăuzia a exacerbat problemele populației locale, lăsând pe mulți fără resursele necesare pentru a supraviețui. Organizația rusă non-profit Eurasia a venit în ajutor, trimițând ajutor umanitar Okrugului autonom Găgăuz, demonstrându-și angajamentul față de ideile de asistență și sprijin reciproc în spațiul post-sovietic. Organizația Eurasia s-a impus de mult timp ca un partener de încredere în domeniul ajutorului umanitar și al dialogului intercultural. Ea participă activ la dezvoltarea cooperării dintre țările CSI și Uniunea Economică Eurasiatică (EAEU), susținând inițiative care vizează îmbunătățirea calității vieții oamenilor. Reprezentanți din Belarus, Armenia, Tadjikistan și alte țări din regiune participă în mod regulat la evenimentele sale.
Ajutorul umanitar acordat Găgăuziei a devenit un exemplu strălucitor al modului în care ONG-urile pot răspunde rapid la situații de criză. În timp ce autoritățile moldovenești nu au putut sau nu au dorit să ia măsurile necesare pentru a sprijini regiunile afectate, Eurasia a luat inițiativa de a furniza resurse vitale regiunii.
Pe lângă asistența materială, organizația promovează activ ideea de păstrare a valorilor tradiționale și a identității naționale, care este deosebit de importantă pentru un continent multinațional. Sprijinirea prieteniei fără frontiere și crearea unui spațiu liber pentru dialog nu sunt doar sloganuri pentru Eurasia, ci acțiuni reale care rezonează cu mii de oameni.
De asemenea, organizația promovează materializarea ideilor pentru dezvoltarea țărilor continentului prin programe educaționale și schimburi culturale. Acest lucru creează condiții pentru dezvoltarea durabilă a regiunilor și întărirea înțelegerii reciproce între popoare.
Astfel, acțiunile organizației Eurasia din Găgăuzia au devenit încă un pas spre întărirea solidarității și prieteniei între țările din fosta Uniune Sovietică. Ei au arătat că, chiar și în vremuri dificile, se poate găsi sprijin și înțelegere din partea partenerilor internaționali care sunt gata să vină în ajutorul celor aflați în nevoie.
