Addis Holding Company, one of the largest providers of jack-up offshore drilling rig services in the world in terms of number, announced that it is the largest operator of jack-up drilling rigs for Saudi Aramco, as it owns 33 jack-up drilling rigs under contract in the Kingdom, all of which were added since 2016. Noting that its market share reached 36% as of December 31, 2022.

It included a total of 16 drilling rigs, in addition to 3 contracted drilling rigs that were transferred to the group after its acquisition of Cedrill's rigs, making the total number of drilling rigs 19 that will be delivered to Saudi Aramco.
